Name of the company is “KOIN FOOD”
(Korea Indonesia Future Oodles). The word is meaning that we hope Korean and
Indonesian food in the future will oodles (many). That is many consumer, many
product, and many companies.
The
logo of our company has red line, meaning that our company set aside a hot
food. There are spoon and fork, meaning that our company is a food restaurant.
The logo has 3 color, they are red, white, and blue. That is merger from
Indonesian flag and Korean flag. Red is hot, white is clean, and blue is
credible. That all meaning that our company serve a hot food, clean food, and
we are is credible company.
Koin Food Restaurant was established in
March 2007. At that time, the Korean culture come into Indonesia through Korean
Dramas that aired on Indonesian Television. Many Korean fans in Indonesia was
the inspiration for established this company.
Koin Food’s menu includes Korean and
Indonesian food. Korean Food menu is Kimchi, Kimbap, Tteok-bokki, Bibimbap, and
Bulgogi. Indonesian food menu is Bakso, Soto, Rendang, and Pempek. All of these
food will make the consumer satisfied, because the food that we serve contain
benefits for health, the taste is good, and the price is affordable.
The vision of this restaurant include to
look for a profit, to create an international restauran, provide kosher and
healthy food. And restaurant mision was increase product sales, provide a good
service to consumer, prioritize on the selection of materials production of
high quality.
STRUCTURE OF KOIN FOOD RESTAURANT
The owner of “KOIN FOOD RESTAURANT” is Mr.Chandra
Wangsa Kusumah. He is responsible for managing three departements, they are
Production Departement, Staff Departement, and Chief Financial Office. The Head
of Production is Mrs.Firda Fairisa Azhar. She is supported by Chef Manager
Mr.Asep Saepul to make a good product.
The Director is Mr.Oyu Lesmana. He is
supported by Staff Manager Mr.Ari Hendrian to make a good service for the
consumer. And The Chief Financial Officer is Mrs.Siti Kurniasih. She deals with
transaction records and payments. She is supported by Accounting Manager
Mr.Pendra Kurnia.
